(I am in my seventh grade English class, sitting at my table with my friends.)
Teacher: *blah blah blah* “…all the ‘isms’ are bad! Racism, sexism… ”
Me: *mutters to my table group* “Buddhism, dwarfism…”
(My entire table bursts into giggles and we desperately try to contain our laughter. Surprisingly, our teacher didn’t hear, or even notice! She kept on about ‘all the ‘isms’ are bad!’ For the rest of the lesson!)
