I’m attending a university in Staffordshire but am needing to travel home for a funeral. I decide to notify my lecturer through email.
Me: [Tutor], I am needing to travel home over the next week to attend a funeral. Would you mind informing any of my lecturers who ask about my attendance that I will catch up with work once I’ve returned to Staffordshite?
Tutor: Sure, no problem. Take all the time you need. Your work will be waiting for you when you’re back in StaffordSHITE!
