Unfiltered Story #32533
(We are learning weather terms in Spanish class. The teacher has on a smartboard a somewhat blurry picture of a river in a winter setting.)
Student #1: Hay niebla (it is foggy).
Teacher: Well, it’s not exactly foggy.
Student #1: There’s fog. In the background.
Teacher: That is NOT fog. (Turning to the class) Who sees fog?
(Almost the entire class raises their hands)
Teacher: YOU PEOPLE ARE BLIND! THERE IS NO FOG IN THE PICTURE!
(At this point every student is laughing, or trying their hardest not to.)
Teacher: (picks up computer monitor to show to us) This is NOT fog! (Switches to the next picture, which shows a clear beach) NO hay niebla!
(This joke went on with pretty much every picture for the rest of class)
