In fifth grade, we are separated into groups and each charged with a book to read and do a variety of projects, followed by a group presentation once we’ve finished it. Our first task is to select group names based on our books. Our book happens to be called ‘War with Grandpa’.
Group Mate: We should call ourselves The Old Fogies!
A couple of us object but when the teacher asks our groups, the group mate shouts out the name before we can stop him.
We got stuck being called The Old Fogies for a good three weeks.
