(This happened when I was with my teacher after class to talk about my grades.)
Me: Listen, I don’t know what you want. I work hard, but you keep pushing me down all the time.
Teacher: Well, you were saying [Royal Fast Food Chain] was garbage. My brother works as a general manager for [London District].
Me: But we had an issue three years ago, remember? With the local one? A kid was kept under a grate?
Teacher: Just try and be open-minded.
