My friend’s car has power windows and locks and a key fob that unlocks/locks the doors. Every time she’s getting out of the car, she hits the switch on the door that locks the doors.
I tell her to not do that, to instead use the key fob, because one day she’ll lock her keys inside. She just scoffs and says she always does it that way. I just say okay, but don’t say I didn’t warn ya!
Well guess what happens….she hits the door switch and closes the door…with the keys still in the ignition! It cost $45 to have someone come to her and unlock it.
She now uses the key fob…
