Can’t upload work – seems to be a website issue…. Email state manager (SM)

915AM: Me: Is there a website issue?

939AM: SM: not that I’ve heard.

940AM: Me: Can you check with I.T.?

1001AM: SM: Checked – said there are no issues.

1020AM: Me: Welp, I’ve rebooted, tried 3 different browsers, and have the same problem. How do I contact tech support?

1105AM: SM: You can’t. Call into the help desk and if they can’t fix it, they call I.T.

1115AM: Me: They don’t have a window until 5PM Central time.

1135AM: SM: Sorry.

2 minutes later:
SM: I.T. just announced that there is a website issue….

Grrrr…….
