My boyfriend and a friend are helping us move. We’re high school freshman and I’m very hesitant about anything sexual, and it doesn’t help that my boyfriend is constantly pressuring me (I was too uninformed on sexual harassment and frankly not smart enough to break up with him anyway). They are spending the night, and sleep in the loft. My mother needs something and I call up the stairs for them.

Me; “Hey, mom needs some help, can one of you come down?”
Boyfriend: “Sure! Let me come down in my sexy boxers!”
Me: “… [Friend], can you come help mom?”

My boyfriend broke up with me when he was moving away in sophomore year, we both made nice and completely hollow promises to remain friends, and I wound up dating [Friend] for a decade.
