Unfiltered Story #298093

This was at a small produce stand in October of 2020, so lockdowns and restrictions in my area were no longer strict. Our stand was outside in a tent with no walls, making it an outdoor venue. We had social distancing tape and she was wearing a N-95 mask.

I had finished ringing her up, I handed her the bags, and as I was telling her to have a blessed day she started screaming at the checkout.

Customer: Have a BLESSED day?! You aren’t even wearing a mask! You are a terrible Christian and a terrible daughter for not wearing a mask in these times!!

I immediately started crying, because finding religion has been a major step in my life. I wished her a good day, and my next few customers comforted me as I rang them up.
