me: Thank you for calling customer services today how may I help?
customer: I would like a refund that went onto my store card back into my bank account please.
me: no problem i can do that for you. may I have your bank account number please?
customer: do you want my argos store card number or bank card number?
me: *** facepalm *** no your bank account number.
