My phone rings and I answer it.
Male Caller: WHO IS THIS?
Me: *shocked* This is [name]*
Male Caller: OK *hangs up*
Afterwards one of my shipmates told me about how her husband broke into her cell account and had been grilling her over any number where a male answered. That’s when I realized who the Male Caller was, but since I’m female calls his wife made to me didn’t matter.
These days however I don’t act so blindly and don’t give out my information to people yelling at me on the phone. And yes, she’s divorced now too.
