(this was my last volleyball game of my first season, and I have been known to panic and pass a ball one-armed, which is a dangerous and illegal move, despite having been effective in practice)
*Ball comes flying at me*
Me: *hits the ball one armed*
Teammates: {MY NAME}
Me: I PANICKED!
