Unfiltered Story #28375

Unfiltered | April 2, 2017

(I was only 3 months old when my single mom died and my 19 year old aunt got custody, she looked 13 though. When I was 14, she was 32 but people thought she was in college and must be my sister. She’s a little strict. It’s 9pm.)

Me: (My aunt is standing 20 feet away under a lamp, signing ‘come home’. No ones deaf, just simple communication in crowds and at distance.) My aunt is here, I have to go.

Friend: Wait, that’s your aunt?

Me: Yes, I know she looks young…

(Not sure what was said next but instead of going home, my friend then talked to my aunt.)

Friend: How do you look so young? I’m going to be a beautician when I grow up and make everyone look young.

(Again, not sure what exactly was said, but it’s 15 years after this. My 47 year old aunt is passing for 35. My friend, an accountant though, still keeps wanting to know and says that the key to unlocking the secrets of aging and becoming a millionaire rests with my aunt.)
