Lady: I’d like a peach tea with the pineapple sinkers.
Me: those are jellies, is that okay?
Lady: sure.
(I make her the drink and hand it over)
Lady: oh. I thought they were those popping boba.
Me: no, they’re jellies. Like I said.
(she accepted this and left but please, just listen when people try to ask you something)
