A customer comes in looking angry, so I ask how can I help them. They complain that they have been trying to call all morning and have not been able to get through and would like to speak to a manager. I walk up to my supervisor, who was talking to another customer. I said excuse me but I just a lady here who would like to speak to a manager.

The customer who was initially speaking to my supervisor becomes angry and starts calling me rude for interupting her, and “children should wait to be spoken to” (Im 25). The customer with me wanting to complain, starts defending me. They go back and forth for a bit, untill I manage to get my customer away.

At the till, my customer calls managers customer a bogan (an australian version of trash). managers customer overhears and starts yelling again and both continue to argue about each other this time. It ended with me taking my customer to another part of the store, and while she apologized profusely for managers customer
