I’m walking out of work with a coworker that works in the same department as me. My shift started at 5am that morning before the sun came up and after eight hours of being on my feet I’m looking forward to relaxing. My coworker and I are discussing our plans for the day when we walk outside into bright blinding sunlight.
Me: *Hiss*
Coworker: Did you-did you just hiss as soon as we walked out into the sun?!
Me: Yes, yes I did.
Coworker: (laughing) Why? Are you a vampire or something?
Me: No, I’m just an odd girl.
We both went to our cars laughing.
