DAD: Looks good. But you should write “your father and me” or “your parents” to make it less ambiguous.
MOM: But I put down “us”. Who else could it be if not you and me?
ME: No, no. Dad’s right. In fact, just to really make sure there isn’t any misunderstanding, you should put “your biological parents”.
