Unfiltered Story #280381
I’ve deplaned following a 8 hour cross country flight home from visiting my parents. I stop to get out my phone to text my husband, and let him know I arrived safely, but I can’t find it. I practically unpack my bags (I only had carry on) looking, but can’t find it. I frantically go up to the worker behind the podium, and explain the situation, asking if there’s anyway I can go back on the plane to check for my phone. She says “no,” but asks me for seat number, and offers to check the area for me. I give her the information, and wait while she looks. She returns, triumphant, phone in her hand! I thank her profusely, and text my husband to let him know what happened. I will probably never see her again, but she saved the day, and went out of her way to help me, so thank you!
