One of my friends is an English teacher. When they read a text in class, they sometimes let students look up unkown vocabulary on their smartphones to teach them how to choose the correct word from a dictionary,
One day they read a text that has the sentence “They walked along the the rim of the canyon.” The kids don’t know the word “rim” so they are asked to look it up. Unfortunately the first one to find something shouts out this question: “I found rim job, but how can you do this to a canyon?” Followed by 20 kids asking what a rim job is.
