Unfiltered Story #280249

Before the corona crisis, the postal service was pretty good. I got my mail regularly mid-morning, except on Fridays when it arrived late afternoon. This was annoying, as I get two magazines every Friday, and I wanted to start reading them over lunch. So I had a conversation with the postman:-

Me: Why is the post always late on Fridays? I want my magazines in the morning, to start reading them.
Postman: Because of all the extra magazines I have to deliver on Fridays.
