(My brother had a nasty fall on his head as a toddler. Concerned and fearing for cranial trauma, my parents took him to the emergency room, trying to keep him as still as possible. Not an easy feat with a lively toddler but my father, at one time instructed in first aid and emergency care, knew that head trauma could look innocent at first but hide bigger and even deadly damages. They register at the ER and after a while a doctor came looking for them.)

Doctor: (condescending) Where is the child with the little bump?
(My parents picked up my brother, who was happily playing and the doctor felt his head. The doctor then startled and turned white as he found the bump easily enough at the base of the crane)
Dad: (sarcastically) Can you find the little bump?

(Luckily, as it turns out, it was just that: a nasty not so little bump and no cranial nor brain injuries.)
