Unfiltered Story #267128

A friend and I went to a national chain Italian restaurant. I had not been there in years and my memory of the menu was apparently lacking.

Me: Could I get a strawberry lemonade, please?

Waitress: Raspberry?

Me: Strawberry.

Waitress: Raspberry?

Me: Strawberry, please.

Waitress: I’m sorry but we have only ever had raspberry lemonade.

I felt like an idiot and apologized profusely while we all had a good laugh. When the waitress returned, she grinned and placed a raspberry lemonade in front of me…stuffed to the brim with strawberries!
