(I’m staying with my cousin for a bit. I’m often mistaken for being younger than I actually am, especially since I’m very short and have somehow maintained an air of childlike innocence. In spite of this, I have a semi-dirty mind and a dark sense of humor. My cousin is used to this.)

Cousin: “It’s hilarious to watch people’s reactions whenever you tell a dirty joke.”

Me: “What? Why?”

Cousin: “You’re just this small, innocent cinnamon roll! Nobody expects it when you make a joke like that! So they just look so confused! Like ‘Did that child really just say that?’!”
