This was relayed to me by my husband who works maintenance.
He received a call that the air conditioning at one of the properties he’s hired to maintain is not working. He gets over there and finds that the AC is fine. The office workers had failed to set the thermostat low enough to kick it on. He turned down the thermostat and left.
