I work at the library as the person who puts the books back in place. Once, I was putting books into a cart when a customer approched me.

Customer: hello, do you have the book?
Me: which book, who is the author and what catagory, sir?
Customer : (book title), I don’t remember the author
Me: … what was the catagory? Dutch novels?
Customer: no! English novels! Obviously!
Me: …could it be this book right here? *I point at my cart*
Customer: Yes! *proceeds to jank the book of my cart, throwing two to the floor, before walking away.
