*phone rings*

Me: Thank you for calling [shop], this is [my name] speaking. How may I help you?

Caller: Do you work on Mercedes?

Me: Yes, we do.

Caller: Are you able to replace alternators?

Me: Absolutely!

Caller: If I need my alternator in my Mercedes replaced, when would I be able to schedule that?

Me: Let me take a look here. *looking at schedule* We would be booking for NEXT Thursday or Friday [it’s the Wednesday prior, so we’re booking over a week out].

Caller: Ok, f*ck you! *hangs up*

Me: Huh?
