(I work at a donut shop and our machine had broken down in the middle of the day so we were unable to make any more donuts for a period of time, and we had sold out of our glaze donuts. They are our most popular donut but we still sell at least 20 other kinds. A customer comes in the drive thru)

Customer: I’d like a dozen glaze please.

Me: I’m sorry we’re currently out of the glaze donuts at the moment.

Customer: so… what DO you have???????

Me: everything else on the menu.
