Unfiltered Story #255836
It was in the middle of my shift. Our uniform consists of a brown shirt with the restaurant logo embroiled, a brown/red apron, brown pants and safety shoes. I also carry a PDA in a pouch on my right hip, and a spray bottle of cleaning agent on my left hip. All in all, I’m unmistakable as a employee. I was taking orders left and right, when a customer stopped me
Customer: Hi, do you work here?
Me, with a sly smile and gesturing to my shirt and apron.
Customer: Oh. In that case, could you direct me to the nearest eye doctor? *Starts laughing*
