I currently work for a bank as a teller. One day, I receive a call from our customer service center stating that a client had called them but was insistent on being put through to my branch. The only information customer service was able to get was the first name of the client. I tell the customer service rep to patch the client through to see if I could help.

Me “how may I help you today?”
Customer “Is this (branch) at (location)?”
Me “yes it is. How may I help you? “
Customer “what time do you close?”
