Caller: yes, hi, I was looking to get my tax information sent to the place I’m getting them filed this year. I forgot one form. Can you fax it?

Me: who was the tax pro you worked with last year?

Caller: I don’t remember

Me: *thinking* of course you don’t remember, why should you?. *says* can I have a phone number?

Caller: *gives number. No results*

Me: was there a diff number last time?

Caller: yea, try ###-###-####

Me: ok, found. Their actually not here this year and I’m a first year CSP, I’ll have to pass your info to my manager and have them help you.

Caller: thanks, I’m at the appt now.

Me: ‘of course you are’ “ok, I’ll tell her ASAP!
