My Mom and Dad are and were both incredibly intelligent people. However, my Mom also has a lot of “blonde moments”. When they first started dating, they would like to play Scrabble against each other. This one game is a story that my Mom hates.
Dad: *plays the word “pig” for a decent amount of points*
Mom: “Pig? What’s pig? That’s not a word!”
Dad: “Oh, you know, honey. *Pulls nose up with finger* oink oink?”
Mom apparently turned the loveliest shade of pink and continued the game.
My sisters and I have never let her live it down.
