(Being adopted, there’s quite a few differences between my dad and I- namely, our heights; but I also wear US size 3 shoes while he’s somewhere between a wide 14 and 15).
Dad: “Hey, I found something inside one of my shoes- do you want it?”
Me: >slightly grossed out<. “Er, dad; why on Earth would you think I’d want something that you found in your shoe?!”
Dad: >holds up an intact artist’s 0/2 sized paintbrush<.
Me: “…sometimes I forget just how giant size 14 sneakers are.”
