(I am in honors ela and history as a part of a group called QUEST. The head quest teacher is taking a group of students to Washington D.C. for spring break through a academic travel group. We also have been studying US history, the revolutionary war, ect.)
Student: “Is there a time difference there?”
Me (sarcastically): “What do you think?”
Student’s friend: “Uhh, yeah, (student), its across the country”
