Customer: I want some pictures printed.
Me: Okay, what size were you thinking?
Customer: 2 per page.
Me: Ok, so 4×6? 5×7?
Customer: 2 on a page.
Me: That’s not really a size. Are you putting them in frames?
Customer: I don’t know. 5×7.
Me: okay. (I bring up her pictures and show her the print preview)
Me: Do you want two copies of the same picture on each page?
Customer: yes.
(I make the print preview have two of the same picture on each page)
Customer: No, I don’t want two of the same picture like that!
Me: Oh, that’s what I just asked you. Okay. (I change it so each picture is different and then print them)
Customer: You didn’t print two copies! I wanted two!
Me: The second copy is farther back…
