Unfiltered Story #248215
Being a bit of a smart-alec, I walk into the store and announce “Welcome to [store]!” before either employee can greet me. Both ladies working the cash registers are very kind and laugh, then they both say “Welcome to [store]!” because they love their jobs and want me to be *properly* greeted.
As I am paying for my dark chocolate, one of the register ladies informs me that I can use my rewards points for my purchase, and kindly allows me to update my zip code (postal code) to access said points. I saved $2.00!!!
Thank you [store] for having great employees who took my smart-alec-ness in stride and still helped me save money!
I told my cashier about NAR (= Not Always Right, for you newbies) and told her I would be submitting this story!
