Unfiltered Story #247740
(I’m the dumb customer here. I’ve been shopping at this particular women’s clothing store for a few months now, and the clerks there know me by name. I bring my purchase to the register and proceed to hand them the card for a national department store chain. I keep offering them the wrong card, and they keep politely declining it. Finally, one of them asks me, “Where are you?” I say, “[Women’s Clothing Store].” She says, “What card is that?” I look down and say, “…Oh.” I sheepishly hand them the correct card, and they kindly ring me up.)
