(I have recently started a new job at a call center. Because it involves medical insurance, new hires are required to sit through a month of paid training before we actually start taking calls. Our class ends up being a night class, so at times we can get a bit silly. The following happens when our Trainer is explaining the role of our internal support group, whom we are supposed to contact when we are having trouble locating information.)

Trainer: “So in this situation, who are you going to call?”

Random Classmate: “Ghostbusters!”

(The unexpectedness of this answer, combined with how the Trainer unwittingly set herself up for it, caused everyone to burst out laughing. It took the Trainer a few minutes before she recovered enough to get us back on task.)
