As some background, I was in hospital for a day surgery under general aneasthetic. I am a larger girl, and generally chatty. As anyone who has had general aneasthetic knows, when you first wake up you can say some odd things.

I was asked if I felt ready to eat, and if I would like some food. My response: “I love food, how do you think I got this amazing physique”
