*I work IT service desk for a large retail company. We help with several things, but for a lot of the regular stuff (system access, etc), especially if it’s something the users can do themselves, we have a KB they can access. I’m on the phone with a user trying to get her to find a document that will walk her through signing into a program*

Me: Ok, in the search bar type [word-for-word-result]

User: So, [document that has nothing to do with what I told her]

Me: No, you want [word-for-word-result].

User: *starts reading the KB that she pulled up*

Me: *face palm*
