Unfiltered Story #244904

This story takes place during the regular baseball season. It is the middle of the game and my brother, mom and I are going to get some food. We get to the stand and there is a HUGE line. Not a big problem by itself, but it was barely moving. We finally get to the front, and can see why.
Brother: *gives half of order*
Employee: *walks away*
Mom: Excuse me, I’d like to finish ordering please.
Employee: You know what, I’m going to take my break *walks off*
Mom: Can anybody get me a manager?
*manager arrives*
Manager: what seems to be the problem?
Mom: your employee was being very unhelpful, actually refused to take our order, and then went on break.
Manager: I’m so sorry about that. Let me finish ringing you up.
After that, the line seemed to get moving again. I wonder why.
