Unfiltered Story #242958

I’m work when a lady orders a hot chocolate with soya milk for her daughter, unfortunately we don’t supply soya milk so she says to make it with water as they are a dairy free family!!
I make her water hot chocolate as requested,
Low and behold 10 minutes later she returns complaining it is too watery, my manager who would normally fight a customer who’s wrong until blue in the face gives in and refunds as we are too busy…..
The best bit 20 minutes later they all had Mr.Whippy Ice Cream!!! So much for no dairy!
