I go to a large outdoor sports equipment store to get an air mattress repair kit. In the line to check out, I see one of my favourite chocolate bars. Since I have a gift card, I grab it, and go to the cashier.
Cashier: “Did you find everything you came here for today?”
Me: “Yep!”
*mentally kicking myself for not saying, “and them some!”*
Cashier: “Chocolate is important.”
Me, laughing: “Yeah, that was extra.”
Cashier: “It happens!”
