Let’s set the scene: My dad is working at a call center for a phone service. He gets a call and it is going normally until this happens.
Dad: So what do the lights on your adapter look like?
Customer: What are lights?
Dad: They can either be blue, green, or red, what color are they?
Customer: But.. what are lights?
Dad: You know when you go into the kitchen, and its dark?
Customer: Yeah?
Dad: And you know how when you flick a switch, it gets brighter?
Customer: Yup?
Dad: Well, what makes it bright is called a light.
Customer: Wait a minute, I’ll call you back.
The customer hangs up, most likely to try out the lights in their kitchen.
Dad: Have a… nice day?
