Caller: Is Mr. (mispronunciation of my last name) available?
Me: Maybe if you pronounced the name right you could talk to him.
Caller: *click*
(I turn to my coworker)
Me: I didn’t know all I had to do was ask them to pronounce my name right to get them to hang up.
