Unfiltered Story #235441

I work at a car rental and I come into work one morning and see one of our trucks parked in the wrong place and the keys have been locked in. This is the conversation I have with the customer:
Me: Hi ___ this is ___ over at X Rental Company. You know you locked the keys in the van, right?
Driver: That’s what I was told to do.
Me: Well, how would that work?
Driver: Well it would be very UNPROFESSIONAL of you to not have an extra set.
Me: We do have spare keys, I was just wondering….
Driver: I don’t like you attitude!! *hangs up*

I guess it’s my fault when they mess up!
