A (possibly drunk) woman and her boyfriend came up to the checkout and here was the following exchange when I served them
Me: Hello
Woman: You need to train your staff better, they pointed at me and made fun of me
*Now bearing in mind I’m only 17 and I work part time here while I’m balancing my A levels as well and I only look about my age, I think she thought I was the manager*
Me: *jokingly* OK ill make sure that they’re better behaved.
*Her and her boyfriend promptly left after he paid, the man seemed a bit embarrassed*
