(I use [Website] to make Facebook messenger bots for people. There was a German man who didn’t speak English very well who ordered one. Within 24 hours I finished his bot and linked it to his page. Some time later, he sends me a message…)

Customer: It’s fine, but can you tell me where the bot is, because maybe I have to change something in the future.

Me: It’s in [Bot-making platform].

Customer: Can you give me the login details?

(This was never part of the deal, but I still tried. I soon found out that that it isn’t possible to give him access to the bot’s code without giving him my login information.)

Me: I’m sorry, but I can’t link the bot.
It’s not possible because the program won’t let me.

Customer: so, i am sorry but we need to cancel the order. Can you please disconnect the bot?

Me: I have never said I would give you access to the bot.
I have made the bot like I did in the offer, and you said it was fine.
I also told you where the bot is and I’m sorry, but it’s not my fault if you can’t log in.

It took me a lot of time to make this and I added free artificial intelligence.

But let me say something to you, learn from this situation, i repeat you can’t handle thinks not in life and not in business like you are handling the things right now.

Me: Do you understand, I’m not able to give you access, it won’t let me, I want to, but it’s impossible

Customer: so you’re not able to finish the job? Fact?

Me: I did finish your bot, which was exactly what I promised

Customer: The Bot is now deactivated, and removed from my page. Please cancel the order i need to go on and find someone who really can help me.

(I get another message from the website: *We have looked at this issue and decided to cancel the order*. I decided to contact the website. After explaining the situation to them, they told me to try telling him I couldn’t give him any access. That’s the point I gave up.)
