(My Boss is a young woman, mid twenties but by no means small or anything. She’s been with two very picky and annoying customers looking for a bag for a while when she disappears into the backoffice. Her customers are still waiting when I have to check the back too and find her sitting and nibbling some snacks)

Me: Uhm, weren’t you with that couple? In Bags?
Her: Yepp.
Me: So…?
Her: They’ve treated me like a stupid child all the time. They’re gonna take that bag, but she patted my shoulder and said “Go ask the Boss for a discount, tell him it’s broken” and winked. And gave me one more pat!
Me:….
Her: *picks up Phone, puts on apologetic face and walks Out* So sad it’s a no.

(They bought the bag for Full Price and never learned the truth)
