(So I work at a large retail store. I’m the guy that collects the carts from the parking lot. I also have to help customers carry out large items. I get a call up to help a nice old lady with get purchase. She’s is very pleasant and we have a nice conversation on our way to her way to her car. And then…)

Old Lady: Thanks for your help, here I want to give you a tip.

Me: That’s okay mam, we’re not allowed to take tips.

Old Lady: Really?

Me: Yes, mam.

Old Lady: That’s f***ing stupid.

(She forced me to take the tip, and was still pleasant the whole time. Kept a smile on my face for the rest of the day.)
