When a customer uses his phone to pay by EFTPOS. He was using Apply Pay or something like that. The EFTPOS machine kept declining his payment. He said that it was the machine that was faulty and not his phone (I think he didn’t have the funds in his account). We used another machine and it kept saying declined. He eventually gave up and just payed by cash. This took about 15 minutes for a sale that was less than $100.
